Attorney of Law
Matthew Dunkley has been helping people injured in an accident for over 10 years. Matthew came to Nevada in 1998 and started work with a firm that represented insurance companies. While the experience gave Matthew good insight on how insurance companies handle claims and provided him many opportunities for trial experience, Matthew was unhappy taking orders from insurance companies. In 2000, he left to open his own practice to help people injured in accidents. Since that time, Matthew has done numerous trials and obtained millions of dollars for his clients in awards and settlements.
Matthew knows firsthand how people are affected by an accident. One of Matthew’s older sons was hit by a car while riding his bicycle causing serious injury and surgeries. Matthew represented his son just as he represents all of his clients with personal care, attention to their cases, and aggressive advocacy.
Matthew received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University Law School in Valparaiso, Indiana, graduating cum laude. Matt is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Utah State Bar, the Clark County Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Association.
Attorney of Law
Mark Losee recently joined us at Dunkley Law last year from Utah where he solely represented victims (plaintiffs) in domestic violence cases. Now, at Dunkley Law, Mark is continuing to represent only victims and is dedicated to helping people who have been injured get just and fair compensation for their injuries.
Mark’s goal is to put his clients back in the same situation—or as close as possible—as they were in before their accident. This includes getting them the medical treatment they need (including surgery, chiropractic care, and physical therapy), their medical bills paid, and their property damage fixed to name a few.
Already Mark has helped close cases involving:
- Car Accidents
- Elder Neglect
- Dog Bites
- Premises Liability
- Slip and Fall
- Career Ending Disability
We are happy Mark decided to join the Dunkley Law family. Having the choice of joining a large defense firm, Mark purposely chose to come to Dunkley Law where he knew he would be able to interact with his clients and take their personal injury case personally. Mark says Dunkley Law has afforded him a great work life balance that has allowed him to be involved at home with his wife and four children (and one more on the way) just as much as he is with his clients at work. Mark is very accessible and tries very hard to answer phone calls as soon as they come in, or return them right away, and he often gives out his personal cell phone and goes directly to his clients’ homes or businesses when needed.
Mark welcomes free consultations with potential clients where he will take the extra time to answer their questions and explore their concerns. And when clients decide to hire Mark and Dunkley Law as their attorney, he will work on a contingency basis. Meaning Mark’s clients do not pay any upfront costs or fees.
